Systems offered

Two pre-engineered clean-agent systems — choose the configuration that fits your machine.

Direct release

Direct Release System

The Direct Release System uses durable detection tubing as both the fire-detection device and the suppressant-delivery system. The portion of the tube nearest the hottest point of the fire ruptures, forming an effective discharge nozzle. The pressure drop releases the entire cylinder contents through that nozzle.

  • Detection tubing doubles as delivery system
  • Ruptures at the hottest point, self-forming nozzle
  • Full cylinder contents discharged instantly
  • Fewest components — easiest installation
  • Ideal for compact or simple enclosures

Indirect release

Indirect Release System

With the Indirect Release System, the detection tubing serves only as a detection trigger. The suppression agent is delivered via copper tubing, stainless-steel tubing, or braided hose — discharging through strategically placed nozzles positioned exactly where protection is needed most.

  • Detection tubing acts purely as the trigger
  • Agent delivered through dedicated nozzle network
  • Nozzles placed precisely over hazard zones
  • Even agent distribution across larger enclosures
  • Ideal for complex or multi-zone machines

In the field

Installed where the work happens.

Firetek systems mount directly to your equipment — compact cylinders, detection tubing routed through the enclosure, and discharge nozzles aimed at the heat source.

Prices reflect most standard machines. Final pricing depends on machine size, enclosure layout, and agent volume. These are supplemental systems and do not replace building fire-code requirements.

// Don't wait for the first fire

Every unprotected machine
is a fire waiting to happen.

One machine fire can scrap a part, total a spindle, and shut down your whole line. Get a quote — we'll spec the right system for your equipment and protect your floor.
